1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Grammagical you agree to these terms. If you do not agree please do not use the app.

2. Use of the App

Grammagical is an educational grammar game for children. Parent accounts are required — children do not create accounts. You must be 18 or over to create a parent account.

3. Subscription

Grammagical offers a 7-day free trial followed by:

• £5.99 per month
• £34.99 per year

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Cancel anytime via iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. No refunds are given for partial subscription periods.

4. Children's Privacy

We comply with COPPA and GDPR-K. All child data is held under the parent account. We do not collect personal information directly from children. Children do not create accounts. See our full Privacy Policy at grammagical.app/privacy

5. Intellectual Property

All content within Grammagical including but not limited to the name "Grammagical", the character "Wandy", all questions, audio recordings, graphics, user interface and design are the exclusive intellectual property of Built By Bo Ltd and are protected by UK and international copyright and trademark law.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any content without express written permission from Built By Bo Ltd.

6. Disclaimer

Grammagical is provided "as is." We make no guarantee of continuous or error-free service. We are not responsible for any loss of progress or data resulting from technical issues.

7. Promotions

From time to time we may offer promotional pricing or special offers. These will be subject to their own terms communicated at the time of the promotion.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Feedback

We welcome your feedback! Share your thoughts, ideas or suggestions by emailing support@grammagical.app

By submitting feedback you agree we may use it to improve Grammagical without compensation or credit.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or email. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
