How do I reset my PIN?

Tap "Forgot PIN" on the PIN entry screen. We'll send a reset link to your registered email address.

How do I change my password?

Tap "Forgot password?" on the sign in screen. We'll send a reset link to your email.

How do I delete my account?

Email us at support@grammagical.app and we'll delete your account and all associated data within 48 hours.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open iPhone Settings โ†’ tap your name โ†’ Subscriptions โ†’ Grammagical โ†’ Cancel Subscription.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund from Apple directly.

How do I restore my purchase?

Open Grammagical โ†’ Settings โ†’ Manage Subscription โ†’ Restore Purchases.

How do I add another child?

Open the parent dashboard via the settings cog and tap "Add another child." Up to 4 children per account.

How do I switch between children?

Open the parent dashboard and tap the child profile you want to switch to. The app updates immediately.

How do I delete a child profile?

Open the parent dashboard โ†’ tap the child โ†’ tap the three dots (ยทยทยท) โ†’ Remove Child Profile.

๐Ÿ”ง Technical

The audio isn't working.

Check your device is not on silent mode. Tap the speaker icon in the game to unmute. If the issue persists please email us.

My child's progress has disappeared.

Please email us at support@grammagical.app with your account email and we'll investigate immediately.

The app won't load.

Try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists delete and reinstall from the App Store. Your progress is saved to your account and will be restored on login.
